If you do not attend your appointment or if you give less than 48 hours notice to cancel, 50% of the full treatment value can be taken from your card at our discretion.
Deposits
Deposits are deducted from the total balance of appointment. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
Cancellation/Lateness Policy
Unexpected events happen in life and sometimes you cannot avoid cancelling a scheduled appointment. We understand that. If you need to cancel your booking, please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you do not show up for your appointment or you cancel without at least 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment value.
If you are late more than 10 minutes your appointment will automatically be cancelled and charges will be incurred.

BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY POLICY LISTED ABOVE WILL RESULT IN NO LONGER BEING ABLE TO BOOK WITH ME.
